We at Teko Technicians, promise to bring you the best quality products in a timely and efficiently manner. However, if you have a reason to return your order, we will gladly refund according to the following guidelines:
*** We cannot issue a refund for shipping charges, unless the product is defective or we have sent you the wrong product. For drop ship orders (any order that did not ship from our main warehouse in Hobe Sound, Florida) a 20% restocking fee may be charged depending upon the product and its condition. Please call for further information regarding these returns.
If your shipment contains a defective product or we sent you the wrong product
Please call us for an RMA so we may arrange for a return for the defective/incorrect item and replace it at no cost to you. The item must include its original packaging, and be in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable).
Customer must ship back the product within 14 days of the replacement product being shipped. If the defective product is not shipped within this 14 day period we will charge the customer for the broken item.
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
If merchandise returned UNOPENED within 7 days
We will issue a refund to unopened merchandise that was returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
If merchandise refused by the customer upon delivery
Are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee and all shipping charges.
